What we collect. When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, optional email, your configuration interest, and the advertising parameters of the page you arrived from (campaign/keyword identifiers).
Why. Solely to respond to your enquiry about NorthWind Sanctuary — sharing the price list and floor plans, calling you (including automated/AI-assisted calls that are disclosed as such and may be recorded for quality), messaging you on WhatsApp/SMS/email, and arranging site visits. We also use aggregated, de-identified data to measure which advertising brings genuine home-buyers.
What we never do. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers who deliver calls and messages for us under contract.
Your choices. Say "don't call me again" on any call, or write to info@nwestates.in / call +91 888 111 0909, and we suppress your number immediately and permanently. You may request access to or deletion of your enquiry data at the same address.
Retention. Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve your enquiry and meet legal/regulatory obligations, then deleted.
